How to use this site
The site has been designed to demonstrate the features of Request A Quote WordPress plugin starter edition. It will always have the latest version of Request A Quote WordPress plugin. You can use it to:

Get started with Request A Quote Pro
- Login to WordPress Dashboard as an admin
- Install “Request A Quote Pro” WordPress plugin
- Activate your license
- Customize default forms and create form pages
- Go to “Quote Settings” > Forms
- Click on “Request a quote”
- Drag and drop the fields you’d like to include in your RFQ form and make adjustments
- Save
- Go back to the Forms page by clicking on the menu link under “Quote Settings”
- Hover over the “Request a quote” form and click on the “Edit Settings” link
- Click on each tab and make modifications
- Save
- Go back to the Forms page by clicking on the menu link under “Quote Settings”
- Follow the same steps for the “Search Quotes” form. Please note that the search form”Settings” allows customization of the search results
- Go back to the Forms page by clicking on the menu link under “Quote Settings”
- Click on the “Copy” button corresponding to the “Request a quote” form to copy its shortcode
- Create a WordPress page and paste “Request a quote” form’s shortcode and Publish
- Go back to the Forms page by clicking on the menu link under “Quote Settings”
- Click on the “Copy” button corresponding to the “Search Quotes” form to copy its shortcode
- Create a WordPress page and paste the “Search Quotes” form’s shortcode and Publish
- Create custom fields
- Go to the “Custom Fields” page by clicking on the menu link under “Quote Settings”
- Create as many custom fields as you need. Please note custom fields can be used in your forms and are displayed in either Quote or Employee pages.
- Set up and customize notifications
- Go to the “Notifications” page by clicking on the menu link under “Quote Settings”
- Click on “Quote Receipts” header
- Enter email addresses to be notified, customize the email content to be sent to yourself and customers.”
- Click on “Assignee Notify” header
- Enter email addresses to be notified, customize the email content to be sent to your employees when they get assigned to a quote”
- Save
- Create Employees
- Go to “Quotes” > “All Employees” and create your Employee records. When finished, publish each record.
- Create custom shortcodes
- Go to the “Shortcodes” page by clicking on the menu link under “Quote Settings”
- Create as many shortcodes as you need to display your quotes on the frontend. Make sure to copy the shortcode and paste it to a WordPress page to use it
- Customize plugin settings
- Go to the “Settings” page by clicking on the menu link under “Quote Settings”
- Make the modifications you need by clicking on each tab
- Set up default widgets
- Go to the “Widgets” page by clicking on the menu link under “Appearance”
- Set up menu
- Go to the “Menu” page by clicking on the menu link under “Appearance”
- Drag and drop the RAQ pages to your menu locations and Save
